Pricing -General  Costs

• Half day -£395
• Full day £695
• Additional Hrs £85 per hour

This includes travel time, but mileage may be charged beyond a 40-mile radius of Stockport at our discretion.

Specific jobs are priced individually because some are more complex than others, involving images, video footage, editing, and on-site time, with possible overnight stays.

Terms

• Cancellations within 24-48 hours: charged 2 x hourly rates, plus loss of deposit if applicable
• Cancellations within 12 hours: charged 6 x hourly rate, plus loss of deposit if applicable
• Videos and/or images will be sent to you digitally (watermarked) and will remain available until the invoice is paid.
• Unmarked content will only be released once the invoice is fully paid.
• Payment terms are a maximum of 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

Quotes & Booking

• Quotes are valid for 30 days
• A booking is confirmed only upon written confirmation (PO, Email/message) and or a deposit if requested.

Safety & Legal Compliance

• The operator reserves the right to cancel or postpone a flight at any time due to safety risks, including but not limited to adverse weather (rain, high winds over 24mph).
• The operator has the final authority on all safety-related decisions.

Client Obligations

• The Client must provide safe legal access to the site
• The client is responsible for ensuring the operator has permission to fly over the property

Weather & Delays

• If a job is postponed due to weather, the operator will work with the client to reschedule at no extra charg,e but is not responsible for any 3^rd party charges.

Data Ownership and Licensing

• The operator retains copyright of all footage
• Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the footage for the agreed-upon purpose.
• The operator reserves the right to use the footage for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

Liability Limitation

• The operator’s liability for any direct loss or damage is limited to the value of the fee paid for the service.
• The Operator is not Liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profit, loss of use or delays.

Data Protection

The Operator complies with GDPR/data protection laws regarding identifiable footage, especially when operating near people or residential arears

Location, time and dates can vary times, prices and terms. #Indicative means that the specific volume of filming and editing final output productions and stills will determine the final cost.
